State Services Division (SSD) is comprised of Fleet Administration and Motor Pool, State Procurement Office, Publishing & Distribution, Risk Management, and State and Federal Surplus Property.

Fleet Administration and Motor Pool
Oregon Fleet Vehicles
Provides statewide fleet management; establishes statewide fleet policies; and operates motor pools in Portland, Salem and Eugene.

Provides copying, digital and traditional printing, and a full suite of mail processing, interagency and on-call delivery services.
