DAS Fleet is duly authorized to manage the transportation for State Business under OAR 125-155-0000. Under ORS Chapter 283, the DAS Fleet is given authority to regulate and oversee nearly all state-owned vehicles. The DAS Fleet assists other state agencies with vehicle purchasing, storage, fueling, maintenance, disposal and other requirements.
