Due to service level reductions enacted during the 2009 legislative session, effective July 1, 2009, the Statewide Financial Services section of the State Controller's Division was eliminated.

The Statewide Account Receivable Management (SWARM) Program and the Statewide Internal Control Program were relocated to the Administration and Special Programs section. For more information please visit:

Effective July 1, 2009, the State Controller's Division is no longer providing business support to the E-Commerce program of the Enterprise Information and Strategy and Policy Division. Agencies wishing to engage in E-Commerce activities for their programs should contact Sharon Prentice, State Treasurer's Office Relationship Management Team Manager, or Wallace Rogers, Program Manager for the E-Government Program.
