Message to Public Employees’ Benefit Board’s (PEBB’s) Interested Parties:
 
Following is PEBB’s May 2012 public meeting schedule. All meeting dates, times and locations are subject to change and additional meetings may be added at a later date.
 
Thurs., May 3, 2012 – Board Strategic Planning Meeting, 8:30-5:00 p.m., Portland State Office Bldg. (PSOB), 800 NE Oregon Street, Room 918, Portland, OR.
The Board will meet in a public session to conduct strategic planning of PEBB operations.
 
NOTE: This meeting will not be streamed. A recording and/or meeting minutes will be available as soon as practicable post-meeting.

  1. PSOB’s surface lot, corner of 7th and Oregon Streets
  2. Star Parking Garage, corner of 7th and Irving Streets, (503) 223-4128

NOTE: State one-day parking permits are usable at the PSOB Surface Lot and may be purchased at the Parking Office, 1225 Ferry St SE, 1st floor, Salem, OR. Parking is very limited, however, and you must use spaces coded in yellow only.

Tues., May 15, 2012 – Board Meeting, 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., PEBB/OEBB Board Room, DAS * East, General Services Bldg., 1225 Ferry St SE, Ste B, Salem, OR.
The Board will meet in a public session to conduct Board business.

Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of 13th and Ferry Streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure. Permits can be purchased at the Parking Office, 1225 Ferry St SE, 1st floor. The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location.
 
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Chérie Taylor, 503-378-6296.
