All scheduled clinics are subject to ongoing availability of vaccine.
  • Vaccinations are provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • All eligible PEBB members and dependents currently enrolled in a PEBB medical plan may receive a free flu shot at the worksite flu shot clinics.
  • Clinics will provide CDC-approved vaccine to protect against seasonal flu. Pneumococcal vaccine and vaccine against H1N1 “swine” flu are not available at these clinics.
  • Dependents must be at least 12 years old. Dependents younger than 15 must have written consent from a parent or guardian.
  • Members and dependents must show the enrolled member’s medical plan ID card and complete a short insurance form.
  • Employees who are not covered by PEBB (temporaries, contract workers, etc.) may receive a flu shot for $30. Cash or check accepted. No credit cards.
  • Wear clothing that allows access to your upper arm.
Members may have access to vaccination against seasonal flu through resources in their community. These resources include pharmacies, public health agencies and medical providers.

Immunization Coverage in PEBB Plans

In general, when eligible PEBB members receive an immunization approved by the Food and Drug Administration, it is covered in their health plan.
  • For the Kaiser Permanente Plans, the immunization is covered when provided in a Participating Medical Office.
  • In the Providence Choice Plans, immunizations received from a participating provider or participating pharmacy are covered in full.
  • In the Regence BCBSO Plans:
    • The immunization is covered at 100% in the Full-time Plan when provided by a preferred or non-preferred provider who codes the service as preventive.
    • The immunization is covered at 100% in the Part-time & Retiree Plan when provided by a preferred provider (50% by a non-preferred provider) who codes the service as preventive.
    • Preferred providers include participating network pharmacies in Oregon and southwest Washington. View the nationwide list.
