Providence Health Plans has mailed new plan ID cards to members in the Statewide Plan who needed a new ID number. Providence also sent letters to these members on how to access services in the interim. Plan members can now register at the myProvidence Web site. If you have questions about your plan's coverage or processes, please contact the plan.
