Employee Services provides employment and background verification, personnel action processing, recruitment, classification and compensation, FLSA, FMLA/OFLA, interpretation of DAS personnel policies and contracts, discipline, Affirmative Action, performance appraisal management, service awards, and maintenance of personnel files.
Our services also include safety and training programs for DAS employees. DAS is committed to investing in our employees' present and future success by ensuring that all training and development is linked to our mission and organizational goals.
