Message to Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) Interested Parties:
Following is a notice of the public meetings of the OEBB Board for November 2009. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.

Thursday, November 5, 2009 – 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The OEBB Communications Workgroup will conduct a public meeting. The Workgroup will discuss communication strategies and outreach efforts, goals and priorities for communications, and promotion efforts of program enhancements and benefit changes for the 2009-10 plan year. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB Web site on or before Tuesday, November 5.

Thursday, November 5, 2009 – 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The Administrative Review Committee will conduct a public meeting to discuss the revised Administrative Review Committee charter and operating agreement, the proposed appeal policy and procedures and proposed addendums to the appeal policy and procedures, pursuant to OAR 111-080-0030.

Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Full- and half-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure. Permits can be purchased at the Parking Office, 1225 Ferry St SE, 1st floor. The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location.
