The Human Resource Services Division's (HRSD) purpose is to provide direction and services to promote a stable and qualified workforce in Oregon state government. We oversee state agencies' human resources (HR) functions: Classification and Compensation, HR Management and Consultation, HR Systems and Services, Labor Relations, and the Project Management Office.
