A public hearing to consider the adoption of the proposed permanent rules will be held at the next Capital Projects Advisory Board meeting. That hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. on May 16, 2008, in the Tillamook Conference Room at the Department of Forestry, 2600 State Street, Salem.
These posted documents are drafts and are subject to change. New versions will be posted on this page as they become available. Please check this page prior to sending in testimony to make sure you are commenting on the most current version of a proposed rule.
Interested persons may address the Capital Projects Advisory Board concerning the proposed rules at the public hearing, or provide written comments in advance. DAS will accept comments, including written comments, until 5 p.m. May 16, 2008.

If the permanent rules are adopted, they will become effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State in accordance with ORS 183.325(5). The proposed permanent rules and related documents, including documents required by ORS 183.335, are below.
