Building Security
- As time permits, we design, install, and maintain other security equipment which may include CCTV, alarms and intercoms. We may also design, install, and maintain other specialty low-voltage systems as requested.
Custodial
- Cleaning outside of the regular schedule.
- Upholstery cleaning.
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Maintain or repair special equipment owned by your agency such as: computer room cooling, humidity control equipment, electrical distribution systems, and others.
- Changes, additions, or modifications to the HVAC or electrical systems to meet agency changes and needs. Examples include: adding HVAC components to cope with increased staff or equipment or partitions.
- After hours heating or cooling or other energy use outside normal office operations. Examples include: weekend cooling and energy for large computer rooms.
Services and Repair
- Painting outside of regular schedules.
- Install interior items (marker boards, signs, pictures, clocks, etc.)
- Opening computer floor plates for agency moves or access.
- Conference room set-up.
Project Management
- Provide full project management services for tenant improvements, construction and repair projects.
- Provide project management services for tenant projects requested through the Project Authorization process.
- Repair of laboratory equipment.
- Repair and replacement of surfaces due to damaged caused by agency misuse or error.
