On May 29, 2007 the State CIO Council endorsed the Electronic Records Management System Community of Practice (ERMS CoP). This Community of Practice met through December 31, 2007. The resulting work products from this community included Guidelines for Managing Electronic Records and an ERMS Glossary of terms. Additional resource documents and links to associated websites are also provided below for use by all.
