About Enterprise Asset Management (EAM):
EAM’s mission is property management of both real and personal property assets of the state. We support state agencies with their space, travel, energy efficiency and long-term planning needs. EAM’s everyday tasks involve the full life cycle of the assets the division manages, acquires, operates, maintains and disposes. These services allow state agencies and select local government customers to focus on their key missions. EAM program areas are:
- Capital Facilities Planning Program
- Facility Operations and Maintenance Rent Program
- Fleet and Parking Services Program
- Office of Sustainability
- Real Estate Services Program (Leasing and Land)
- State and Federal Surplus Personal Property Program
Hours of Operation:
Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Capital Mall office buildings are closed on all state holidays.
