State Seals
The state seals posted here are for use on Web pages. If you need higher resolution images for print materials, please contact Linda Morrell, State Web Information Publisher.

DAS TeamSite users -- these images are imported and available for use in the DAS images directory in the "logos" folder.

Other state agencies' TeamSite users -- right-click an image, save it to your computer and import into TeamSite.

Follow these guidelines (not mandates).
Use the agency's logo on all external publications and written materials to identify them as products of the department. If appropriate, also use the state seal, but rarely on the same page.
For example:  A tri-fold brochure might contain the state seal on panel 1 and the agency's logo on panel 6 alongside contact information for the sponsoring division.
Use the state seal on presentations delivered to out-of-state audiences and to mixed audiences (state and local governments; public and private sector).

Use the state seal on documents produced by or related to cross-agency workgroups (rather than branding collaborative efforts with one agency's logo).
If you have questions about the appropriateness of a specific use of the seal, go to http://www.sos.state.or.us/executive/stateseal/index.html or contact Linda Morrell, State Web information Publisher for guidance.

Please note these points:
  • This is not a directive; you may use the image at your discretion.
  • Only use the image on Web pages that contain documents for print (rather than on every Web page in your directory).
  • DAS Users -- the image is for the Web only. DAS does not support the addition of logos to e-mail messages (due to bandwidth concerns).
